The complete story

Although Complete Pest Solutions was founded in 2008, the roots of the family owned business reach back into the middle of the twentieth century. Anthony Farrell marked the third generation of his family to launch his own pest control company after growing up working in his father’s business. Like a cherished family recipe with a fresh twist, Complete Pest Solutions combines decades of refinement with technological innovation and a modern perspective.

Years spent managing the operations of a company ranked in Pest Control Technology’s Top 100 list prepared Anthony to embark on his own journey. In 2008, he left his job at his father’s company to launch a new brand from what was left of a competitor’s failing branch in Canton, Ohio. Anthony transformed more than just the name of the business, taking it from over $100,000 underwater to a thriving, profitable company in a matter of months. From there, Complete Pest Solutions expanded across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania by establishing a reputation in the community as a company that will work with honesty and transparency to solve any pest or wildlife problem.

Through their years of operation, Complete Pest Solutions has been a brand marked by resilience and growth in even the most difficult of circumstances. This began when the company launched during a period of unique economic crisis: the 2008 recession. While many families and businesses worked to simply maintain the status quo and weather the storm, Complete Pest Solutions opened its doors for the first time and pushed for expansion from the very beginning. Then in 2012, a devastating fire burned down the company’s office and all of its fleet vehicles. And during the global COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns, when countless businesses were experiencing heavy losses or even closing their doors for good, Complete Pest Solutions grew by over 80% from quarter one of 2020 to quarter one of 2021.
